A few things you can genuinely do ahead of launch, regardless of what GTA 6 itself turns out to require:

• Make sure your PSN or Xbox Live account is active and your payment method is current, since pre-orders and day-one digital purchases go through these accounts directly.
• Check your console's free storage. Rockstar hasn't published an official GTA 6 install size yet, but modern open-world titles at this scale have generally required well over 100GB — leaving generous free space ahead of launch is a reasonable precaution, not a guess at an exact number.
• Make sure your console's system software is fully updated, since major launches often coincide with day-one patches.

Accessibility & Parental Controls

Rockstar hasn't detailed GTA 6's specific accessibility features yet. For context, Red Dead Redemption 2 and the GTA V Enhanced edition both shipped with dedicated accessibility settings menus, so a comparable baseline is a reasonable expectation, not a confirmation.

GTA 6 has not yet received a public ESRB or PEGI rating as of this writing.
