GTA 6 Weapons
Firearms and melee weapons appear throughout both GTA 6 trailers, but Rockstar has not published a weapons list or officially named a single weapon. Here's what's actually visible on screen — and why we're not repeating the detailed "confirmed weapons" breakdowns you'll find elsewhere.
What's Actually Been Shown
Both trailers include scenes with handguns and at least one shotgun during robbery sequences, along with hand-to-hand combat. That's the extent of what's directly visible and verifiable. Detailed "confirmed weapons list" articles elsewhere pull heavily from leaked footage and community identification of specific gun models — real research, but not the same as an official Rockstar reveal, and we don't present it as one.
Why We're Not Publishing a Weapons List Yet
A weapons database is only useful if it's accurate. Right now, building one would mean either listing two or three vague "a handgun appears in this scene" entries, or borrowing the leak-derived specifics other sites present as fact. Neither is worth doing. This section fills in properly once Rockstar gives us something solid to work from — official names, a weapon wheel reveal, anything sourced directly rather than reverse-engineered.
