GTA 6 Mission Structure
This page is deliberately narrow. It covers only how missions are visually presented in official trailers — not what happens in them, how many exist, or how they're structured mechanically. Here's exactly where that line sits.
What this page will never cover
Mission objectives, progression systems, endings, branching choices, total mission count, rewards, or moment-to-moment gameplay flow. None of that has been confirmed by Rockstar, and speculating about it — even carefully — would mean presenting guesswork as structure. If a page elsewhere on this site ever seems to answer one of these, that's a mistake to report via our Contact page, not a confirmed fact.
What's Actually Observable
Both trailers show Jason and Lucia together during action sequences — including a robbery — rather than operating independently. That confirms collaborative, dual-protagonist scenes exist in some form. Trailer footage also moves between dialogue-driven scenes and action without a hard cut, suggesting story and gameplay are presented as continuous rather than sharply separated — but that's an observation about editing and trailer presentation, not a confirmed mechanical claim about how missions actually play.
Why This Page Stays This Short
A "mission structure" page on most GTA 6 sites describes objective types, mission trees, or pacing — all of it necessarily invented before the game exists to play. We'd rather have an honest, short page than a padded one built on guesswork. This expands the moment Rockstar shows something new, and expands enormously once the game is actually playable — see our Missions hub for what that looks like.
